Yes. You’ll be able to access your website before it goes live using a temporary WP Engine staging address. When it’s ready, we set up the domain mapping, fix any URLs and handle the DNS changes.

Nothing. We do not charge for migrations, whether that’s onto WP Engine or away from it.

Yes, you own your website outright. If you decide to leave, you take all of your content, images and theme files with you. We provide various plugin licences which are non-transferable; you would be responsible for taking over those plugins yourself. Instructions on licences are made available as part of the transfer process.

Yes, that’s our responsibility. We don’t charge to fix problems with your website.

We collect payment automatically from the card on file, monthly or yearly depending on the billing term you choose. We email you 7 days before each charge so it is never a surprise, and send you a receipt once payment is received. You can manage your plan and payment method any time from your account.

We don’t currently offer bulk discounts. If you’re an agency looking after several sites, you’re welcome to add your own margin on top of our hosting fee. Our prices are already competitive for WP Engine-powered hosting.

Yes. We handle updates to WordPress core, plugins and themes whenever updates are available from the author. If something needs attention, it’s included as part of your plan.

Hosting plans include a set amount of visits and storage, reviewed on a yearly basis. If your traffic suddenly increases, you may need to move to a higher plan when your plan renews. See our pricing page for more details.

Each plan covers a set number of sites: Economy 1, Standard 3 and Extended 5. Pick the plan that covers at least the number of websites you have, so 2 sites fit Standard and 4 sites fit Extended, with room to spare. Looking after more than 5?
